Another busy week and back down to reality after 4 days at the European Taekwondo Championships.  Some interesting corporate photography at a conference for NHS Education for Scotland, good to see all my old colleagues at NES.  Also, a good weekend of newspaper photography in East and Midlothian, which ended with an exciting junior cup game between Newtongrange Star and Petershill, which went to penalties.   Lots to look forward to, with more newspaper photography, infrared photography and a winter wedding later this month.

Hi Everyone
 

Just back from a very enjoyable 4 day sports photography photoshoot at the European Taekwondo Championships at Ravenscraig, Motherwell.  Fascinating subject to photograph and a good time was had by myself and the great bunch of photographers involved in the shoot.  I have photographed judo before but this was a new experience for me and I loved it.  There was a good atmosphere at the event and I plan to add a new folder to my website with a collection on images from the tournament.
 

This weekend, some newspaper photography to look forward to and before that, a corporate photoshoot on Wednesday with NHS Education for Scotland.

Hi All
 

After a very busy week last week, lots of editing during the week, following wedding and corporate photography the previous week. The main job this week was some newspaper photography at the weekend, mostly sport, including the naming ceremony at East Lothian indoor bowling facility at Meadowmill, Sports Centre, Tranent for the great world champion bowler Alex Marshall. I also had a bit of time for some infrared photography, which included a great moment at Traprain Law, with the ponies, who were grazing at the time. This is the photo which features this week
