Hello
A quick blog this week during a very busy period, which has included newspaper photography in East Lothian and Midlothian (mostly sports photography), some infrared images in Edinburgh and corporate photography. Its the start of the cricket season, so I have included a cricket image from the Preston Village v Edinburgh CC game at the weekend. Last week I photographed a conference at the Beardmore Conference Centre, one of the speakers included a guy called Chris Moon, who did a very entertaining and brilliant motivational presentation. Often when I am involved in corporate photography, I don't really hear the content of the speakers, but this particular one was superb. Anyway, speak soon and take care

Hello again
A busy week with some newspaper and sports photography for the East Lothian News and the Midlothian Advertiser. An interesting project at Mayfied, Dalkeith of a large wall painting in the village, great project, well recommended. In addition to sports photography I have also continued my infrared photography project and an image is attached depicting the Scottish Parliament

Hello again. Another busy week, which consisted of some corporate and PR photography, landscape and fine art photography, even some photographs of Gordon Brown. That's the first time I have photographed an ex Prime Minister. Lots of sports photography for the newspapers at Haddington and Dalkeith for football and rugby at Preston Lodge and Lasswade.
I also have a long term infrared photography project, having recently had a camera converted to infrared. I have been shooting scrapyard infrared images, in addition to landscape and some infrared shots of the harbour at my home town in Dunbar in East Lothian.

Hi All
After photographing the wedding of my friends Deborah and Derek a couple of weeks ago (great day by the way) it was back to normal with some newspaper photography in East and Midlothian. Mixed fortunes for Dunbar, with a resounding 8-2 victory by Dunbar United in the football and a win for North Berwick in the rubgy against Dunbar, all happening in mixed weather, either boiling hot or pouring with rain and cold (Scotland you cant beat it)

Hi Everyone
After all the excitement of the referendum in Scotland, where I was involved in some newspaper photography at the parliament and the Mound in Edinburgh, photo attached, it is back to normal. This weekend I will be working for the East Lothian News and Midlothian Advertiser for some more newspaper and PR Photography, I will also be preparing for a good friends wedding photography at the Botanic Gardens in Edinburgh and continuing with my scrapyard project.
