Out and about at the weekend for a very enjoyable newspaper photography shoot in East Lothian and Midlothian, everything from football and rugby photography to nature and coffee mornings and I also photographed people abseiling from Barns Ness Lighthouse, near Dunbar, East Lothian. this week I will be involved in architecture photography in Edinburgh and also some corporate and strreet photography.

Back on the newspaper shift again at the weekend. I had the battle of Prestonpans, a Dunbar Penicuik football match and a rugby game involving Dunbar and Preston Lodge al at the same. If you saw a car flying down the motorway at goodness knows what speed, that was me. Anyway it was a good shoot, most photographers enjoy sports photography and event photography doesnt get more interesting than a battle re-enactment. Anyway, hope you like the photo

I am back on the case for newspaper photography over the next two weekends. Should be a fair amount of sports photography, hopefully with my local teams, Dunbar for football and North Berwick for rugby. See you about in East and Midlothian. I will post some photos soon. I have also been doing some street photography in Edinburgh. Still working on the new website

Just returned from a photoshoot at North Berwick, their first home rugby match of the season against one of my prvious home towns, Linlthgow. Very impressive victory over one of the strongest teams of the league, enjoyable shoot, nice to chat to the guys again after a long absence, I love sports photography. The photos should appear soon on the North Berwick rugby site, in the meantime here is one below.
I also did some urban photography shots in Edinburgh at the Scottish Parliament, the High St and some general candid shots in Edinburgh

I was at Countess Park at the weekend for some sports photography, with the new season underway, I was photographing the Dunbar v Whitburn game. I am afraid they struggled a bit, never mind there were a few promising signs, particularly with the younger players. Not sure where I will be this weekend either rugby or football in East Lothian, depending on fixtures. I am also hoping to do some athletics photography at the end of the season
This week I will be doing some crporate work then some architecture photography on friday
I am also in the process of completing a new website, watch this space
