Infrared Photography in Oban, Argyll and Corporate Photography Scotland

Although I have just returned from a short holiday in Argyll in Scotland, I still have a lot to talk about.  Again a wide variety of photography in the last two weeks or so, ranging from the Supercars at East Fortune and Ingliston, near Edinburgh, to a corporate photoshoot for Mears Care Group in East Lothian, but I thought I would talk briefly about some infrared photos I took in the Isle of Kerrera, just of Oban in Argyll.  I didnt have a great deal of time for photography but managed a few shots on a walk with the family.  As a professional photographer working around Scotland, one of the most interesting subjects in infrared is abandoned vehicles and wrecked cars, also old buildings and boats, both metal and wood can look fairly striking in infrared.  the last time I went to the island I concentrated on the old wooden boat wreck but this time I thought I would vary it a bit.  No point in photographing the same thing over and over.  I spotted this old jeep and I thought it would make a good subject amongst the fern and grass.  Nothing in this photos was set up, this is the way it was, which is a personal preference of mine when it comes to landscape and photography in general, I much prefer uncontrolled environment images, even for weddings and other events.  So, let me know what you think.

Now that I am back to work, its more infrared photography, helped by this amazing weather we have been getting recently, followed buy a corporate photography event in Edinburgh and some food photography around Scotland.

So until next time.

All the best.

Kind Regards
