Hi Everyone

Just a quick blog in relation to how I am getting on with the Canon R6.  I tested it out the last 2 weekends at some local football matches and I am seriously impressed.  The focussing is fast and accurate and the touch focus on the screen is a facility I will use for conference and event photography in Edinburgh.  ISO performance is excellent, the best I have ever used.  I also used a 100-400mm RF lens which is excellent for the price, although a little stiff zooming in for sports to be honest, but hopefully that will loosen of a bit with use.  I can see me using this lens for conference photography Edinburgh, sport, wedding photography around Scotland and general usage, it will go well with my 85mm.  Are there any cons to this camera, apart from the fact I am not fully used to it, well not many, its maybe a bit heavy on battery usage but that is because you want to shoot the more images, due to the excellent frames per second rate.  It is only around 2m pixels but to be hones that is enough for event photography in Glasgow Scotland.  Sometimes i miss the larger cameras but i am getting older and the smaller bodies suit me fine these days.  So apart from it being a bit complicated as its new, the camera is excellent.
