My Children in Infrared

Hi All

At last a change in the weather, which helped me take some good sports photographs at the weekend in Midlothian, photo attached from the Newtongrange v Musselburgh game.  As a professional corporate and event photographer in Edinburgh, it is nice to get out and about, as I am a bit of an outdoor person. There were some great games in Midlothian on saturday, particularly the Newtongrange match.  I also had some motorsport photography at Fife Airport on friday.

This week sees some more motor sport, another professional event photography commission in Edinburgh and a corporate headshot photography commission in Glasgow.  Looking forward to it and in between I hope to get some more images for my infrared photography in Scotland project.  There are also a couple of new infrared photos on the website from Gosford, East Lothian

Dear All

For a professional event photographer in Edinburgh, I had a good week last week, with some fine weather at the weekend to help make my newspaper photography commission much more enjoyable.  I had one of my best newspaper and PR photography days on saturday for the Midlothian Advertiser, which had everything from photographing SNP politicians, prior to the forthcoming local authority elections, to a sheep worrying initiative at Flotterstone, a gymnastic competition at Loanhead and some football and rugby, now thats what I call a varied day, I even managed to get some sunburn, a bit of a contrast from last week photographing motorsport, when I had four layers of clothing on and was still too cold.  Anyway, I will leave you with a photo from the sheep worrying event.

Next week, more motorsport photography in Fife, newspaper photography in Midlothian and Edinburgh and hopefully a chance to add to my infrared photography in Scotland project.  I also have a corporate conference photography photoshoot in Edinburgh.
