Hi Everyone

With the current situation as it is and most of my events cancelled, now is the time to look at other projects and keep our hopes up during a very difficult time both financially and emotionally.  As you all know I have been photographing infrared over the last few years and I recently compiled a collection of infrared photographs from Scotland.  Although my main source of income is through professional corporate and event photography mostly from Edinburgh but also throughout Scotland, I also conduct personal projects, in particular infrared photography and I am currently planning a book showcasing my infrared photos from various locations throughout the country.  I also find photography very therapeutic at times like this.  Photography in general can help you in many ways during stressful times.  If you want to see more, take a look at the collection of photos on the website.   It was very difficult choosing my favourites but I tried my best to keep it varied, with a mixture of colour and black and white images.  The other thing as photographers that we can do is to update our training during times like this.  There are a number of ways online and they don't all cost money.  Adobe also run a variety of training courses for members.  Also, I have a mountain of photography books to read and its always important to keep up to date with your social media.  Also, why don't you get out that film camera from the attic, you may re-discover the magic of film photography.

Anyway guys, chin-up.  Look after those who need it most.  All this will be over eventually.
